You are compensated at your hourly consulting rate, pro-rated based on the amount of time spent with the client. Compensation does not include any preparation or wait time, excluding the rare instances that are pre-approved in writing by GLG.
The majority of calls will be scheduled through GLG’s teleconferencing system. In these instances, call duration will be recorded in our system, and your payment will reflect that recorded time.
