How do I reset my password?

To reset the password for your GLG Profile, follow the steps below:

1. Click this link and enter the email address associated with your GLG account and select "Send Email" https://services.glgresearch.com/auth0/forgot-password/
    
2. You'll receive a password reset email from [e-mail] with the subject line 'Reset your GLG password.' If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your junk or spam folder.
    
3. Click the "Reset Password" button in the email to create a new password. Your updated password must meet the following criteria:
    
   • At least 8 characters in length and contain at least 3 of the following 4 types of characters:
     • Lower case letters (a-z)
     • Upper case letters (A-Z)
     • Numbers (0-9)
     • Special characters (!@#$%^&*)
