We strive to operate a smooth survey experience for our Network Members with minimal interruptions. With this in mind, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines to help you complete surveys efficiently and without disruption:
1. Do not use a VPN when attempting a survey.
2. If you experience issues while attempting the survey on a mobile device, please attempt on a desktop or laptop instead for optimal results. If using a mobile device is unavoidable, enable desktop mode on your mobile browser.
4. Ensure your web browser is up to date and if you experience issues with one browser, please attempt the survey through another, e.g. if a survey is not working on Safari, please attempt the survey in Google Chrome instead.
5. Verify that you have a reliable and stable internet connection to prevent disruptions during the survey.
6. If you encounter any technical issues or errors, try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies once or use your browser’s incognito/private mode.
